After spending too much money going to out to eat at our fabulous restaurants here in Miami Beach and after years of over- cooked fish, soggy vegetables and bland meals, I was elated to receive cooking lessons for my birthday! La Diva Cucina served up the perfect plan to get me; a single, health conscious 30-something into a new routine.
Laura took the time to get to know me; my likes and my dislikes when it comes to food and flavors. She also honed in on the challenges I face when I shop and when I cook.
Not knowing which pans to use for what, Laura helped me devise a plan. From learning where to shop and how to chop “The Diva” taught me how make meals I used to only eat at fancy restaurants. Thai curry stir fry, pickled cabbage, fish tacos, pork masala, flank steak grilled and seasoned to perfection, these are just a few of the dishes that are now a staple of my at home cooking menu.
I not only found a new love and appreciation for cooking but I gained a friend too! Laura is fun, down to earth and is THE Cucina Diva!

Hello Diva, I went to one of your cooking demonstrations a while ago (I think it was last year at Design within Reach on Lincoln Road) and you served us the most amazing sangria I have ever had!
